The Workforce Australia Local Jobs Program in conjunction with Narromine Shire Council will be hosting a series of 4 x 90min lunch & learn style employer seminars in Narromine. Our aim is to create an opportunity to provide information and tools for employers on how to attract, train and develop and retain their people. We will offer simple takeaways employers can immediately implement in their business, a checklist of where to go for more information and a concierge service on the back of each seminar, to identify and provide access to people and programs to support each specific business, plus specialist HR and WHS support where needed.
