- All participants must be registered in the current season with Dubbo Netball Association. - All players must be registered as their age, as at 31st December 2022 - Matches will start and end by a hooter and will consist of 2 x 10-minute halves with 3 minute change over. At half time players must change ends. Interchange rules will apply. Each game will commence every half hour.
